Recruiting Process

Consulting Career Progression

Decision Resources Consulting recruits extensively at a number of top universities, meeting and interviewing interested undergraduate and graduate students.

How to Apply:

At right, is a listing of our on-campus recruiting schedule where you can find out when we will be visiting your campus. We invite you to submit your resume by the designated deadline through your school’s career office and visit us at any of our recruiting events. If your school is not on our schedule and you are interested in job openings with Decision Resources Consulting, please e-mail us a copy of your resume and a cover letter through the Contact our Recruiting Team link, and we will gladly review your application.

What to Expect:

We receive hundreds of resumes from qualified and interested candidates and do our best to match applicants’ backgrounds with our team’s needs. We’ve designed our recruiting process to ensure that both sides have an opportunity to get to know one another.

If we believe there may be a potential fit, we will reach out to arrange a first-round interview. Interviews may be conducted through the on-campus recruiting process or over the phone. These initial interviews are primarily geared towards discussing your experiences and interest in consulting and the healthcare industry. We’ll also test your strategic thinking ability through a case question.

Additional interviews in the recruiting process will likely be conducted at our offices in Burlington, Massachusetts, where candidates can expect to meet multiple team members, including senior management. This part of the process will further assess candidates on a variety of measures, including team fit, case questions and a writing or presentation component.

If you have any additional questions regarding DR or the recruiting process, please feel free to contact us by e-mail.
