Recognition

A joint committee recognizes significant business results that have impact for the business in the present and in the future, three times a year. The awards focus on team and employee efforts to drive productivity, open new markets, redesign business processes, write proposals to develop new processes or products, enhance client satisfaction or drive revenue.

Managers may give a spot award valued at $50 – $1,000 at any time to an employee who has performed in an extraordinary way. Cross functional awards are encouraged as are employees, to recommend spot awards for their colleagues.

Employees can spontaneously thank each other for their collaboration and support sending a bottle of wine, Amazon.com gift certificate or movie tickets. This program is employee managed and initiated.
